What is SBL-Khas?
SBL-Khas (HRD Corp Claimable Courses) lets Malaysian employers fund approved training from their HRD levy. The grant must be approved on e-TRiS before training starts; the course fee is then debited from the levy account. timah.my tracks claimable bookings, the HR registration chase, per-company claim status and the post-training invoice pack.
What are T3 and JD14?
T3 (PSMB/SBL-KHAS/T3/01) is the official signed attendance list — proof training happened. JD14 is the joint declaration the provider completes and the employer signs/stamps after training for the online claim. timah.my prints T3 from the namelist and tracks JD14 generated → signed → submitted.
What counts as a training operation?
One training run (in-house or public), regardless of days, sessions or pax. Solo Free: 1 user, 15 runs per rolling 12 months. Solo Pro RM75/mo: 1 user, unlimited. Team RM750/mo: multi-user, unlimited.
What happens at the 15-run limit?
Nothing locks. Data stays readable; creating run 16 nudges you to Solo Pro.
How does WhatsApp automation work?
Status changes fan out into reminders: proposal follow-ups, won-confirmation prompts, trainer packs, hotel tasks, HRDC chases, T-5/T-1 pings, QR eval and T3 nudges — all visible in Reminders (snooze/done/cancel). Needs your own Meta/Resend keys for live sending.
Is my data isolated?
Yes — multi-tenant row-level security plus sales/ops role gates. Providers only see their own rows.
Does timah.my handle MyInvois and SST?
Yes: INV/{code}/{year}/{seq} numbering, LHDN MyInvois submit with audit log, credit notes, payments, SST and SST working paper.
Can I migrate from Excel?
Yes: admin Excel import for companies/contacts with duplicate preview-before-commit, plus AI namecard scan into the same dedupe flow.
